Service is available for a Swedish, Therapeutic, or Deep Tissue massage. This time is best booked to target one area of your body to help alleviate tension and pain. If your body has multiple sore areas or tension a 60 Minute Massage will better suit the time needed to address your body’s issues.

60 Min Prenatal Massage
Service has been designed specifically to ease the discomforts of pregnancy, labor, and postpartum. Pregnancy creates significant physiological, structural, and spiritual changes in a woman’s life. For many, the perinatal period until two weeks after childbearing, can be tumultuous. Massage therapy during this time offers a wide range of benefits to the expectant mother and her baby. Clients must be at least 12 weeks pregnant for Prenatal Massage. Clients that are considered high risk or carrying multiples must present a note cleared by their doctor. Please advise staff at time of booking regarding pregnancy.

Hot Stone Massage
Service includes a Therapeutic massage with the use of smooth, flat, heated stones. These stones are placed on specific parts of the body to help ease muscle tension and allow your therapist to better work those tough areas.

Hot Bamboo Massage
Service includes a Therapeutic massage with the use of soothing warmth of the sticks relax the muscles. Bamboo stays hot longer than hot stones and can assist to deeply knead muscles, quickly eliminating knots and tension. If you have yet to try this incredible service, then you are truly missing out on a body and soul healing treatment.
