Cancellation Policy

At Ahhh! Massage, we understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone's life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all our clients and out of consideration for our therapists' time, we have adopted the following policy:

• 24 hour advanced notice is required when cancelling an appointment.
• If you are unable to give a 24 hour advanced notice, you will be charged a $25 Missed Appointment Fee. At our discretion, this charge will be either automatically deducted from an outstanding Gift Certificate or billed to an existing Membership Plan. Otherwise it must be paid in full prior to your next treatment.

No-Shows

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a "No-Show". They will be charged a missing appointment fee and future services will be denied until payment is made.

Arriving Late

If you are not present for your scheduled session during the first 10 minutes (unless having telephoned us you might be late), it will be construed by us that you are a "No-Show" and you will be charged a missing appointment fee.

Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.

Member's Rights to Cancel

Members may cancel their memberships at any time. To cancel a recurring monthly membership, please send via certified mail your copy of your agreement along with a signed and dated notice of your wish to cancel this agreement to: Ahhh Massage 3080 Vista Blvd. #114 Sparks, NV 89436. Cancellation becomes effective fifteen (15) business days after receipt of said notice.

If there are any unused massage(s) remaining on the books billed at the Member Rate, $39.95 may be applied toward a Non-Member Rate at the time of service.
Example: Non-Member one-hour "Vacation Package" massage = $60.00 - $39.95 = $20.05 due at the time of service. Unused amounts on the books cannot be refunded, combined, used for Gift Certificate or merchandise purchase or applied toward advertised specials.
